vgl Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules and User Agreement
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the vgl platform. By registering an account or accessing any part of the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you") and vvgl ("we," "us," "the platform"). By accessing or using vgl — including registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game — you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform. Continued use of vgl after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. We recommend checking this page periodically for changes.
These Terms apply to all players accessing vvgl from the Philippines and any other jurisdiction where use of the platform is permitted under applicable law.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirement
To register and use vvgl, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. The platform strictly prohibits access and use by minors. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately closed and any funds held in that account may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
- You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable local law.
- You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have previously been banned or suspended from the platform.
- You must be accessing the platform on your own behalf and not as agent or representative of a third party.
vgl reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Access may be restricted or suspended pending verification. We take our age verification obligations seriously and cooperate fully with any applicable oversight requirements.
3. Account Creation and Security
Each user is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. Providing false or misleading information during registration may result in account closure without notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. vgl will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your password secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately through the contact details provided on theFAQ page.
Account access is personal and non-transferable. You must not share your account credentials with any other person or allow another person to access your account.
4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
By using vvgl, you agree to the following obligations and usage rules:
- You will use the platform for personal entertainment only and not for any commercial, fraudulent, or unlawful purpose.
- You will not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to manipulate game outcomes, exploit platform vulnerabilities, or gain unfair advantage.
- You will not engage in collusion, match-fixing, chip dumping, or any form of cheating or fraudulent play.
- You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the platform's software or infrastructure.
- You will not post, transmit, or share any content through the platform that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory.
- You will not attempt to launder money or use the platform in connection with any financial crime.
Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and referal to relevant authorities where required by law.
5. Payments, Transactions, and Philippine Peso
All financial transactions on vvgl are processed in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). Deposits and withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum limits, which are displayed within the account area at the time of transaction.
Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. vgl does not accept payments from third-party accounts. Any deposit received from a third-party payment source may be reversed, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are processed after identity verification has been completed satisfactorily. Processing times vary by payment method. vgl is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.
vgl does not guarantee any return on funds deposited. Gaming outcomes are determined by chance, and any funds wagered may be lost. Players are advised to only deposit amounts they are comfortable losing.
Unused account balances remain the property of the user subject to these Terms. In cases of account closure by the user, verified balances will be returned via the original deposit method where technically feasible.
6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
vvgl provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vgl disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterupted availability, or freedom from errors.
vgl shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds due to technical failure, service interruption, or data loss, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
All content on the vgl platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, game content, text, and trademarks — is the intellectual property of vvgl or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written permission.
Links to third-party websites or services appearing on the platform are provided for informational purposes only. vvgl does not endorse or accept responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.
7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Changes to Terms
vvgl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion if there is reasonable grounds to believe that a user has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false information, or posed a risk to the integrity of the platform or other users.
Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team via the details on the FAQ page. Upon closure, any verified balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard verification requirements.
vgl may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on the platform or via the registered email address on your account. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
